What is your offer?

I am an historian of post-1945 Britain, with a particular interest in the social and cultural impact of the Cold War. My research has included detailed analysis of soldier narratives in the post-1945 era and the history of military subjectivity. My current research explores the British Army in Germany after the Second World War, with a particular focus on military family life. I am an experienced oral historian and would be keen to use this methodology in some way in a collaborative project.

Who would you like to collaborate with?

I would like to collaborate with individuals interested in post-conflict situations, oral history/qualitative interviews, life-narratives, critical military studies and/or families and conflict, from any discipline or sector.
