Modernising drug law enforcement seminar

Modernising drug law enforcement seminar

The International Drug Policy Consortium, in collaboration with Chatham House and the International Institute for Strategic Studies, hosted the third in a series of seminars on modernising drug law enforcement in November 2014.

The project aims to collate and refine theoretical material and examples of new approaches to drug law enforcement, as well as promote debate amongst law enforcement leaders on the implications for future strategies.

The seminar brought together policy experts, academics, policy makers and law enforcement practitioners to explore how the principles of the project could be applied to the Latin American context.

Professor Michael Levi, member of the Partnership’s Strategic Advisory Group participated in the seminar, chairing one of the sessions.
