Kanchelli Iddrisu

Student Placement Researcher with PaCCS and CEMLAWS

Kanchelli Iddrisu is a student placement researcher working with PaCCS and the Centre for Maritime Law and Security Africa (CEMLAWS) for three months to research e-waste smuggling on the UK  -Ghana route.

Kanchelli is a PhD student in the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge. Her doctoral research focuses on youth responses to unemployment in Ghana. She holds an MPhil in Education, Globalisation, and International Development from the University of Cambridge. She completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and was awarded an LLM from the University of Law in 2019. She also obtained an undergraduate law degree (LLB) from Kings College London. 

Kanchelli works part time at a law firm where she focuses on anti-corruption research and maritime cases.
