We are delighted to inform you that HutZero and WISDOM (Women in Security and/or mathematics) are holding their inaugural event on ‘Driving Innovation through Diversity‘ on 25 May 2017 at Winton Capital.    

The event is focused on women in cyber security and deep tech industries and aims to spark discussion on how organisations of all sizes can help promote diversity in these sectors.  
 
A wide range of issues will be discussed, from how to develop a diverse community, the best ways of promoting the entrepreneur’s lifestyle to appeal to more women and strategies that organisations have implemented thus far and seen success.
 
This event has been developed to provide a unique environment to enlighten, empower and inform women in deep tech and mathematics.

About the Organisers:

HutZero supports individuals at the very start of their entrepreneurial journey. Run by Cyber London (CyLon) and the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT), HutZero’s FREE two-stage programme connects 20 budding UK entrepreneurs with potential co-founders and a broad network of cyber and innovation experts.

The WISDOM group was formed in the School of Mathematics and Information Security at Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL) in 2016. The group was born out of the recognised need to increase diversity in the fields of Mathematics and Information Security, and to support the women already working in these fields. The WISDOM group welcomes any individuals who support this endeavour.
