Using the model of Geneva Call to gain commitments from NSAs to forgo use of CBRN weapons & thus contribute to human security & shore up the norm against the use of such weapons.

Collaboration on drivers of the pursuit of CBRN terrorism and methods of engaging NSAs in dialogue over their use.
Who would you like to collaborate with?
Researchers working on non-state actor motivation and considerations regarding the risks of using various weapons systems and on engaging NSAs in meaningful dialogue.
