Cybersecurity research landscape summary report

The Partnership for Conflict, Crime and Security Research commissioned Dr Jatinder Singh from the University of Cambridge to explore the range of cybersecurity research projects currently underway in the United Kingdom.

The summary report highlights the wealth of cybersecurity research being undertaken across a number of different areas, including cryptography, access control, big data, privacy and intrusion and control systems.

Dr Singh found that while there is often research relevant to stakeholder interests, increased interaction between researchers and stakeholders in government, industry and the third sector is needed to maximise opportunities for knowledge exchange and research impact.
