Podcast Alert: RUSI Debuts Suspicious Transaction Report

Our colleagues at the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies at RUSI have debuted a new podcast, the Suspicious Transaction Report. Over ten half-hour episodes hosted by Research Analyst Isabella Chase, the podcast will examine current news stories in financial crime.

In the first episode, Isabella sits down with Tom Keatinge and Nick Parfitt to talk about topics including the possible implications of the EU’s proposed money laundering blacklist for the private sector; Unexplained Wealth Orders and challenges to asset freezing in Northern Ireland; and questions lawmakers should be asking surrounding beneficial ownership registry schemes.

Future episodes are expected to touch on topics include new technology, financial integrity, and compliance challenges in financial services.
