Watch highlights from the Getting Religion seminar
The Getting Religion – Challenging Religious Illiteracy in a Time of Global Uncertainty seminar was held on Tuesday 6 January in London.
Hosted by Lapido Media and Open University, it was the final event in a consultation funded by the Partnership entitled ‘Religion, Martyrdom and Global Uncertainties’, which examined the role of religion in current conflicts and violence. The seminar included the public launch of the final report and recommendations, which are available to download on the event page.
The seminar also explored how we might improve the conversation about the potential for religion to both improve and destroy security and what the media should do.
Highlights from the event are also available to watch on the Lapido Media website.
