What are your research interests?

I am a comparative, transnational historian of the First World War. I am currently working on a history of urban reconstruction after the Great War in Western Europe (funded by a Marie Curie Fellowship). I am interested in the social experience of, and responses to, conflicts in the twentieth century.

What is your offer?

I am a transnational and comparative historian of Europe, focusing on the social experience of military conflicts. I am also interested in the memory and commemoration of military conflicts.

Who would you like to collaborate with?

Post-conflict and peace-building experts, urban planners, architects, sociologists, political scientists and urban studies specialists.
